Epinephrine²⁶⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-12| J: Charlie Deutsch| T: Miss V Williams| OR: 118

12/1

Got off the mark in 2m handicap hurdle at Kempton in February but came in last of 6 at Newbury (16.3f, soft) following month. No surprise to see her bounce back here though.

Politacus^t⁵⁶¹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-11| J: J J Burke| T: F O'Brien| OR: 117| D

22/1

In fine form when last seen out 18 months ago, scoring (around 2m4f) at Huntingdon and Hereford. The market can guide on her comeback run here though after a long absence.

Form: 44611/2-

Dramatic Encore^t1²⁵¹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-9| J: Paul O'Brien| T: Harry Derham| OR: 115| D

10/3

Lightly-raced sort who scored at Huntingdon in February before a very good second of 3 in novice hurdle at Doncaster (20.8f, good) following month. Tongue tied for her return and much respected now going handicapping.

Form: 42/4412-

Audacious Annie^p1²⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 11-4| J: G Sheehan| T: Jamie Snowden| OR: 110| C

10/3

Ended last term with 2m4f novice wins at Wetherby and Warwick. Not disgraced when sixth in handicaps at Uttoxeter and Bangor this atuumn so she enters calculations with cheekpieces added.

Form: 2311-66

Crazierthandaisy²⁰⁵

Age: 6| Weight: 11-4| J: N de Boinville| T: N J Henderson| OR: 110| CD

15/8

C&D winner in December but off since coming in a below-form tenth of 25 in handicap hurdle at Punchestown (19.4f, good to soft) in April. Still needs considering with relatively few miles on the clock.

Form: 1/22130-

Pismo Beach⁴⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 11-2| J: Charlie Hammond| T: S Edmunds| OR: 108

4/1

Progressive sort who returned from 7 months off with success in 6-runner novice hurdle at Hexham (20.1f, good) 40 days ago. This strong-travelling sort has more to offer. A likely player back in handicap company.

Form: 66243-1

Forecasts

Crazierthandaisy (15/8), Audacious Annie (10/3), Dramatic Encore (10/3), Pismo Beach (4/1), Epinephrine (12/1), Cast's Tasha (14/1), Politacus (22/1)

This is wide open but the likeable CAST'S TASHA scored on her seasonal return last term and is taken to repeat the feat here off a handy-looking mark and on the back of breathing surgery. The progressive Pismo Beach rates a big danger though, while handicap debutante Dramatic Encore could also play a part. C&D scorer Crazierthandaisy completes the shortlist.
