Runner-up on debut in a bumper and showed clear promise when making the frame in a couple of Lingfield maiden hurdles over 2m/19.5f (both on soft ground) last winter. Mark for this handicap bow looks manageable and he's a key player.

Bagged pair of handicaps at Southwell and Kempton during the spring, the latter gained off a mark 7 lb higher than this. Not in the same form since, but wasn't beaten far when fourth of 12 at Wetherby (21.2f, good) recently and he's one to consider on the back of that effort.
Fairly useful form over hurdles for Hugo Merienne in France, but hasn't got near that level on these shores and it's probably best to look elsewhere.
Took advantage of reduced mark when striking back in this sphere at Fontwell (21.8f, soft) in January. Decent second at the same course next time, but Chepstow reappearance was very low-key, even allowing for that fact that the run was probably needed.
Made the frame both starts in bumpers and positive start in this sphere when third in 9-runner Southwell maiden in February. However, it's fair to say that he has failed to build on that since and others are more appealing.
Veteran performer who landed a Taunton handicap off a 5 lb higher mark for Mitchell Hunt in February 2024. Hasn't managed to trouble the judge in 5 starts for this yard, though, and she looks vulnerable once more.
Got off the mark in 2m handicap hurdle at Ffos Las in February 2024 and ended that season in good form. Best effort of last term when fourth of 10 at Exeter (18.5f, good to soft) in March, but she's 6 lb 'wrong' at the weights and has an 8-month absence to overcome.

Forecasts
Drayton Flyer (5/4), Thank You Blue (11/4), Hillsin (11/4), Little Dipper (9/2), Tarbuck (6/1), Shuil Ceoil (17/2), My Granny Lily (11/1), Irisante (22/1), Just Go For It (22/1)
The interesting one is DRAYTON FLYER, who showed more than enough in a bumper and two maiden hurdles last season to suggest that his mark for this handicap bow is a workable one. Thank You Blue will be a threat if able to build on his latest effort and he is second choice ahead of Hillsin and Tarbuck.
