Level is established and while placed the last twice, he's vulnerable outside of basement-level handicaps.

Won a Catterick bumper a year ago. Slow start to hurdles career but more like it when third of 9 in 16.9f course maiden a fortnight ago and he now goes up in distance.

Well held in a pair of bumpers at Hexham in the spring and didn't show enough when mid-field on hurdles debut 3 weeks ago to seriously consider here. Up in trip.

Well held in 3 bumpers last season. Finished a bit closer at long odds on hurdles debut at Perth (16.2f) in September and improved on that when third at Carlisle a month ago. That puts him in the mix.

Made an eye-catching Rules debut when fifth in a 2m Worcester novice in September. No impact and Newton Abbot next time but right back on track when second to an easy winner at Uttoxeter a fortnight ago.
