Stepped up on his debut form when just touched off at York (1m, good) a fortnight ago and, with the promise of better to come, this Frankel colt should have little trouble winning races. Will need to take a significant step forward in order to take this, but that's by no means impossible.

Landed the odds in a small-field Leicester nursery (7f, firm) in August and has made the frame both starts since, latterly going down narrowly at York. However, improvement needed in a first-time visor if he's resume winning ways now stepping into Group company for thre first time.

Left Newmarket debut behind when winning a 7f AW novice at Southwell in July and, though he failed to land a meaningful blow in the Acomb at York last time, this son of Dark Angel is in top hands and remains open to improvement.

Soft-ground Yarmouth maiden winner on debut last month and completed a simple task when making it 2-2 in a Redcar novice (7f, good to soft) 3 weeks ago. Probably hasn't achieved a great deal in terms of bare form, but he's clearly promising and yard saddled the winner of this in 2022.

Off the mark at the third attempt in a big-field Goodwood maiden in July. Followed up in tidy fashion on subsequent nursery debut at York (7f, good to firm) and while ground softer than good would pose a question, he remains open to improvement and is of strong interest.

Runner-up first 2 starts prior to winning a 7f Wolverhampton maiden and Ascot (7f, good) listed contest during the summer. Failed to make an impact in a Group 1 in France earlier this month. but he has to enter calculations eased in class here.

Progressive, improving another chunk when the ready winner of a 7f nursery at the Doncaster St Leger meeting. Did the job well that day and while this demands another sizeable step forward, he's in good hands and is dangerous to discount.

Forecasts

Time To Turn (7/4), Wechaad (9/2), Stellar Sunrise (5/1), Boiling Over (11/2), Pandemonium (9/1), May Angel (11/1), Arabian Desert (16/1)

Verdict

The progressive STELLAR SUNRISE can be expected to take this step up in class in his stride on the back of a decisive display in a valuable nursery at the York Ebor meeting. There's substance to that form (the second has since scored in listed company) and the Space Blues colt shades preference ahead of Time To Turn, who struggled in a French Group 1 last time, but he was on the up prior to that. Arabian Desert and Pandemonium are other promising types with possibilities.
