Fetched £58,000 after landing a maiden point in 2023 and, though he hasn't shown much in a trio of maiden hurdles, it would be no surprise to see him play a leading role now making his chase/handicap debut off a realistic opening mark.
Successful off a higher hurdles mark here, but that was back in June 2021 and he checked out in worrying fashion back from 30 months off at Stratford.
Newton Abbot hurdles winner in July 2023 and posted best effort to date in this sphere when going close off a significantly higher mark at the same course in September of that year. However, below par since and is opposable back from a 14-month absence. Yard also runs Imperial Measure.
Modest hurdles winner who produced arguably his best effort to date over fences when third in a 4-runner Newton Abbot handicap (21f, good to soft) last month, leaving the strong impression that this step up in trip will be in his favour. Major player.
Would have probably won but for departing at the last at Fontwell (3¼m, good) in May, but he hasn't repeated that in a handful of subsequent appearances and is opposable back from a 12-month absence on debut for new yard.
Prolific winning pointer who has reached the frame in each of his half-a-dozen starts over fences. finishing a solid third of 10 at Uttoxeter (3m, good to soft) recently. Solid claims.
Winless since 2021 and record over fences stands at 0-18. Losing run looks set to continue from 12 lb out of the handicap here.

Forecasts
Mini Fortune (13/8), Roe And Co (9/4), Imperial Measure (4/1), Radharc Na Slaine (4/1), Frankie Faulkner (15/2), He'llstopatthetop (12/1), Jaunty Viking (22/1), Mawlood (100/1)
Former point winner ROE AND CO may well leave his low-key maiden hurdle form a long way behind now switched to fences for the bang in-form Jamie Snowden yard. It will look sigificant if there's support for him in the ring and the 7-y-o gets the nod ahead of Mini Fortune and Imperial Measure.
