A chance is taken on CAROLUS MAGNUS, who did too much too soon over 7f here a fortnight ago and he could take some pegging back now returned to this trip off a reduced mark. Northern Attitude and Asadjumeirah are both high on the shortlist, while Invincible Annice could have a part to play if turned out again quickly. Lady Bouquet would have every chance if at her best, but she was below par at Catterick last time and has a little bit to prove back on the all-weather.
