Struggled for form in chases towards the end of last season for Gordon Elliott. Sold for 7,000 and was fifth of 7 in handicap chase at Downpatrick (6/1) on stable debut 67 days ago, probably needed the run. Could be more competitive back over hurdles.
Creditable second in a maiden hurdle last spring and bounced back to form when fifth of 11 in a handicap hurdle at Kilbeggan (16/1) 14 days ago, keeping on after being outpaced. Should appreciate the extra distance here.
Second on debut for current yard at this course and has been remarkably consistent across both codes since, including recent 2nd at Navan over 14f on the Flat. In fine heart and should give a good account back at this course.
Won on hurdles debut at Limerick (soft) last season and has run respectably in handicap hurdles without threatening. Attracted support but below form when well held at Galway (16.7f, soft) 47 days ago. On a fair mark but remains to be seen if he gets the strong gallop he needs at this sort of trip.
Third of 11 in handicap hurdle at Kilbeggan (17/2) 14 days ago, putting up best handicap performance of the season. Claims if building on that effort in a change of headgear.
Second in chase handicap at this course in July but poor recent form, 4th of 9 in chase here (10/1) 25 days ago. Back over hurdles with blinkers and tongue strap returning today but remains with plenty to prove.
Best effort when fourth at Cork (16.9f) in a maiden but paid the price for again racing freely when 11th of 13 on qualifying run at Ballinrobe (9/2) 59 days ago. Now handicapping and chances will likely rest on how well she settles following a short break.
Won at 40/1 in May 2024 but below form since, finished 12th of 16 in handicap hurdle at Down Royal (20/1) 241 days ago. Questions to answer following another absence.

Forecasts
Arcland (9/4), Must Meet Cecil (3/1), Mic Drop (7/2), Half A Chance (5/1), No More Silver (12/1), Wajaaha (14/1), Purse Price (16/1), Monty's Way (28/1)
ARCLAND has been a model of consistency for Gavin Cromwell with a recent runner-up finish on the Flat at Navan and previous solid hurdles form at this track. He's fancied to record a first win over hurdles. Must Meet Cecil posted his best handicap run of the season when third at Kilbeggan and could go well again in a change of headgear, while Mic Drop should appreciate this slightly longer trip having bounced back to form last time.
