Le Havre filly. Half-sister to useful 9.5f-1½m winner Fairy Glen. Dam 1¼m-16.2f winner. In good hands and while Glistening is presumably the stable first-string, it will look significant if the market speaks in her favour.

Lightly-raced filly. 15/8, last of 8 in novice at Newbury (10f, good) 26 days ago. That performance was too bad to be true and she's worth another chance in view of her 2-y-o promise.

Though MAJAZ rather disappointingly failed to land the odds in a Yarmouth maiden last month, this step up in trip should be in her favour and she's given another chance to confirm the promise she showed when chasing home subsequent listed winner Blue Bolt at Newbury in June. Lady Ridgewood shades preference ahead of Glistening for forecast purposes, while the latter's stablemate Bronte Beach needs a second look in the betting.
