Foaled February 20. £220,000 yearling, Starman colt. Half-brother to useful 2-y-o 5f winner Assertively and 6.5f/7.5f winner Southern Meteor. Lots to like on paper and it will look significant if the market speaks in his favour.
Foaled April 6. 260,000 gns yearling by Sea The Stars. Half-brother to several winners, including 7f/7.6f winner Motawaajed and 7f-1m winner Lattam, both useful. Winning 2-y-o newcomers is not the yard's specialty, but this colt is sufficiently appealing on paper to merit a close look in the betting

Promising individual. 5/4, third of 5 in novice at Sandown (7f, good to firm) on debut 24 days ago. Early signs suggest that that form could be decent (the second has won since) and this well-bred colt is open to plenty of improvement.
Foaled March 18. Universal colt. Dam, 6f winner, half-sister to useful winner up to 7f Beauty Crescent out of smart winner up to 1m (2-y-o 7f winner) Up In Time. Wears tongue strap on debut.
Once-raced maiden. 13/2, last of 5 in novice at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) on debut 37 days ago, slowly away. May well do better with that experience to draw upon here.
Once-raced maiden. Fourth of 10 in maiden (28/1) at Kempton (6f) on debut 33 days ago. Open to progress now upped in trip and he's worth considering.
Foaled March 15. Havana Gold colt. Dam, 7f-1½m winner, closely related to smart 6f-7f winner Mubtasim. Yard isn't synonymous with winning 2-y-o newcomers and this colt is probably best watched on debut.
Foaled February 5. 340,000 gns yearling, Lope De Vega colt. Brother to useful 2-y-o 7.5f winner Terre de Vega and half-brother to useful French 9f-10.5f winner Alcaraz. Very appealing on paper and he's one to monitor closely in the betting.

Key Of Magic (4/9), May Angel (9/2), Tierra Del Toro (9/2), Sovereign View (12/1), Oceans Four (16/1), Dagger Strike (25/1), Coul Pearl (33/1), Ghost Division (40/1), Alice's Influence (66/1), Lord Britain (100/1), Thomas Tallis (150/1)
KEY OF MAGIC wasn't able to justify favouritism on debut at Sandown, but it was a promising start to his career nonetheless and, as a well-bred colt with a hefty price tag and representing powerful connections, it's not hard to envisage him taking a step forward here. Several of the newcomers are appealing, particularly Tierra Del Toro and Dagger Strike, while May Angel and Sovereign View should both come on for their debut spins.
