Has stood little racing in recent years but well backed, he confirmed himself as good as ever following 14 months off when opening his account in 6-runner Newton Abbot maiden hurdle (18.5f) 11 days ago, leading last and quickening clear. Can feature again with a repeat under a penalty.
Poor performer on Flat who showed a bit on first of 2 hurdle runs for Derek Shaw during the spring. Fell next start and well-beaten back on the level at Southwell in April. Has made a very interesting yard switch ahead of this but probably best watched unless the market spoke in his favour.
Refused at the first in a point but showed plenty to win both his starts in bumpers in recent months. Obvious claims sent hurdling with Brian Hughes again in the saddle.
€2,000 3-y-o, Gatewood gelding. Dam unraced, from family of useful French performer up to 1¾m Sans Ecocide. Failed to complete both starts in Irish points, every chance when fell last latest (May 2023). Betting can point the way on Rules/hurdling bow.
Minor promise first 3 starts in bumpers but low-key start in pair of hurdle runs for Ian William/Fergal O'Brien during second half of last season. Starts out for another new yard now but he's probably more one for handicaps when back over further.
Fairly useful performer on Flat who bounced back to something like his early hurdles form when making a winning stable debut in 5-runner novice hurdle at Ffos Las (20f, good to soft) 50 days ago, jumping better as race wore on. Can be expected to play her part again down in trip.
Masterstroke gelding. Dam unraced out of useful hurdler/chaser (2m-21f winner) Baby Shine. Last of 5 finishers only outing in points (Mar 2025). Probably best watched on debut.
Signs of ability in bumpers but well held in pair of novice/maiden hurdles in recent months and another who will likely be seen in a better light tackling handicaps after this.

Forecasts
Jentobello (4/5), Breaking Cover (11/4), Reina Del Mar (6/1), Princesse Milania (7/1), Pertemps Diamond (11/1), Break Point (18/1), Another Pearl (25/1), Passion For Glory (66/1), Heerathetrack (66/1), Master Muggins (80/1)
JENTOBELLO arrives having made it 2-2 in bumpers in dominant fashion at Market Rasen 5 weeks ago (justifying strong support in the process) and Iain Jardine's 5-y-o is fancied to make another bold bid now hurdling with Brian Hughes again in the plate. Reina del Mar made the perfect start for Tim Vaughan at Ffos Las in June and she's feared, along with penalised Breaking Cover, who defied a lengthy absence when opening his account at Newton Abbot 11 days ago.
