Came from last to first in a very slowly run race when readily off the mark on debut at Windsor (11.4f, good) in May. However, she found things tougher under a penalty at Doncaster next time and this is another warm-looking race.
Overcame greenness to make a winning start to her career over 1m at Thirsk (good to firm) last August. Lost little caste in defeat under contrasting conditions at Haydock (8.2f, heavy) the following month and, though absent since, she should have more to offer now moving up in trip.
The 9-runner Chelmsford novice (1¼m) she landed on debut last month wasn't a particularly strong race, but she went about her business in the manner of one destined for better things (as one would hope for a filly who fetched 310,000 gns as a yearling). Lots to like.
Failed to land the odds on debut at Salisbury last month, but wasn't knocked about there and duly stepped up on that when accounting for 5 rivals in a 1m Pontefract novice (good to firm) 15 days later. This step back up in trip unlikely to be a bad thing and she's open to improvement.
Frankel filly who shaped well when third on debut at Yarmouth last summer before finishing a clear second to subsequent listed winner Formal in a Newbury maiden. Again chased home one who has since gone on to better things at Sandown on final start of 2024 and she's a big player.
Cracksman filly. Half-sister to numerous winners, including top-class winner up to 1¼m Farhh, very smart 1m-10.3f winner Racing History and smart 1m winner Basem. Much to like about this filly on paper and it will be interesting to see how she shapes up in the betting.
Signs of ability in 1m novice events at Leicester and Newmarket, but she will be of greater interest when presumably going down the handicap route after this.
Nearer last than first both starts to date and a similar scenario is likely here.

Forecasts
Glistening (15/8), Wujjood (7/2), Sea The Wonder (7/2), Consent (11/2), Gold Penny (11/2), Bomba Del Mundo (28/1), Opera Wave (50/1), Quite Sweet (250/1)
Some promising fillies on show here, with the well-bred SEA THE WONDER taken to make it 2-2 following an impressive start to her career at Chelmsford. This is a much tougher assignment, but she can be expected to take a significant step forward here with that experience to draw upon. Newcomer Gold Penny makes plenty of appeal on paper and could be the pick of the Gosden-trained duo ahead of Glistening, while Consent and Wujjood are also of interest given their profiles.
