3-time all-weather winner last year but clearly wasn't 100% back on turf when last of 10 in handicap at Salisbury (6f, good to firm) 17 days ago. Bit to prove with blinkers now refitted.
Arrives in excellent heart following latest win at Redcar in May and unlucky not to follow up when second of 9 in handicap at Pontefract (6f, good, 9/2) 18 days ago, forced to switch when making challenge. Solid claims.
Won this race off the same mark last year for previous yard. Was well backed when creditable third of 9 in handicap at Pontefract (6f, good, 9/2) and shaped as though still in form when sixth of 10 in handicap at Leicester (6f, good to firm) 13 days ago. Should remain competitive from this mark.
Attracted support on stable debut but wasn't seen to best effect in a race that's worked out well. Weaker in the betting with blinkers refitted when eleventh of 17 in handicap at Newbury (6f, good to firm, 25/1) 15 days ago. On a fair mark if he can recapture his form with headgear now removed.
3 wins from his last 5 starts, nearly completing a hat-trick when narrow second of 7 in handicap (5/2) at Wolverhampton (6.1f) 24 days ago. He's as good as ever right now and will be a threat if he can translate that form back onto turf.
3-time winner last year but yet to trouble the judge this season. Handicapper has given him a chance but it remains to be seen if he can capitalise.
Arrives in good form, placing for the second consecutive race when runner-up at Hamilton (6f, good) 22 days ago, only beaten by an in-form rival. Respected.
6f debut winner last season but has yet to show his best form in handicaps, for all he was far from disgraced when third of 7 in handicap at Hamilton (6f, good to firm, 10/3) 16 days ago. Remains lightly-raced and it would be no surprise to see him step up on recent efforts.

Forecasts
Minnesota Lad (11/4), Justcallmepete (4/1), Flowstate (4/1), Taygar (9/2), Willolarupi (6/1), Noble Consort (15/2), Late Arrival (40/1), Sovereign Knight (40/1)
WILLOLARUPI arrives on the back of a career best performance, having been unlucky not to land a double at Pontefract earlier this month. He appeals most ahead of fellow in-form rival Noble Consort who has been thriving on the all-weather and is worth another chance back on turf, while Minnesota Lad is respected racing from the same mark as when winning this contest 12 months ago.
