Irish bumper winner who made a successful hurdle debut in 2m Warwick maiden last month. Didn't need to improve to follow up in facile fashion at Cartmel and remains capable of better.

Three-time winner on Flat for Charlie Johnston in 2023. Showed a bit tried hurdling back from 17 months off when fifth of 10 in Fontwell maiden (17.4f) in March but went backwards at at Plumpton 10 weeks later (had another breathing op in interim).

Well held in a trio of bumpers.

Fair bumper winner but proved a disappointment sent hurdling when only fourth of 5 in maiden at Fakenham (20f, good, 4/9) 38 days ago. Something to prove on the back of that. Worcester 7.40 Thursday.

Soldier of Fortune mare. Half-sister to modest hurdler/chaser Bells of Stamford, stays 3m.

Forecasts
Belle Le Grand (2/9), Amber Waves (9/2), Claim Du Brizais (11/2), Ask Peter (8/1), Half Pint Daisy (25/1), Brionywells (80/1)
BELLE LE GRAND had little trouble accounting for some very limited opposition at Cartmel on her most recent outing and given it's unlikely we've seen the best of her yet as a hurdler, she looks up to defying a double penalty at this time of the year. Amber Waves has shown some promise on both bumer starts and is considered the main threat.
