Went backwards from reappearance when 6/1, fifth of 6 in handicap at Doncaster (11.9f, good to firm) 34 days ago. Needs to bounce back but drops in class and is back down to last winning mark.

Dual 12f handicap winner at Leicester last season and performed with plenty of credit when 7/2 and visored for 1st time, good third of 7 in handicap at Southwell (14.1f). Shapes as though drop back to this trip will be in his favour. Claims if ready to roll on reappearance.
Eleven runs since last win in 2023 and yet to fully convince with his stamina for this sort of trip, keener than ideal when creditable fifth of 14 in handicap (40/1) at York (11.8f, good) 23 days ago. Will need to race more efficiently if he's to have more of an impact here.
Improved in first-time blinkers when opening his account at Windsor (10f, good) back in September. Showed enough on reappearance in a higher grade (when likely needed the run) to suggest this mark isn't beyond him, for all he might not be the most straightforward. Could improve now tackling 12f.
Lost his way for John Patrick Murtagh, again below form when fifth of 10 in maiden (33/1) at Killarney (11.2f, heavy). Off 8 months and improvement needed on stable debut.
Landed a hat-trick last year but progress has levelled off. Creditable fourth of 13 in handicap (25/1) at Hamilton (13.1f, good) 9 days ago and should remain competitive.

Forecasts
Lightening Company (2/1), Lone Piper (9/4), Fast Fred (4/1), Ludo's Landing (11/2), Thrilling Dream (15/2), Kisiyra (66/1)
LONE PIPER looked fairly useful when opening his account at Windsor last season and he may be able to resume progress over this longer trip, following a creditable reappearance. Thrilling Dream should find this return to 1m4f in his favour and looks a big danger if ready to roll on return, with Ludo's Landing not ruled out off his latest winning mark.
