Dual winner at around 1¼m during 2023. Very lightly raced since but stepped up on reappearance from easing mark when fifth of 9 in handicap at Ripon (9.8f, good to firm, 33/1) 10 days ago. Not out of the question she could scale her resurgence further.
Much improved when scoring at Bath (10.2f, soft) on handicap debut in October. Folded tamely after 6 months off when eighth of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (10.2f) 17 days ago but she represents a very good yard and certainly not one to be writing off ahead of this return to turf.
Lightly-raced maiden. 66/1, well held after 6 months off when ninth of 12 on handicap debut at Newcastle (1m) in December. Return to further ought to be in his favour back from another absence but others look much stronger.
C&D winner who wasn't disgraced when sixth of 10 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm) when last seen in September. Undergone wind surgery ahead of this and he's certainly in with a shout from this mark if ready to roll back from 8 months off.
5-time course winner who lurks on a potentially handy mark and showed benefit of reappearance run when third of 12 in handicap at this course (8.4f, good to firm, 13/2) 15 days ago, staying on final 1f. Return to further will hold no fears and she's a player granted a good pace to aim at.
Bettered previous exploits when opening her account in a soft ground Carlisle handicap (9f) last summer. Disappointed final 2 starts but returned to form after 6 months off when third of 11 in handicap at this course (8.4f) 42 days ago, running on. Now her task is to back that up.
C&D winner last summer who has returned in good form, having little opportunity to open up (also badly hampered last ½f) when third in 5-runner C&D handicap on Saturday. No surprise to see her out quickly and she's of interest in present groove.
Steadily worked his way back to form from reduced mark this year, faring best of those held up when third of 9 in handicap at Nottingham (10.2f, good) 2 starts back. Not in same form when fourth in small-field contest at Leicester (11.8f) 18 days ago and cheekpieces now reached for.
5-time C&D winner. 6/1, never able to land a blow when fourth of 5 in handicap at this C&D (good) on Saturday. However, no surprise to see her fare better, not least with a stronger pace to aim at.

Forecasts
Princess Niyla (11/4), Casilli (10/3), Whatacracker (4/1), Mystical Maria (7/1), Mighty Quiet (10/1), Dandy's Angel (11/1), Bearwith (11/1), Anjo Bonita (12/1), Lesrico (50/1)
Having returned with a very good third at Wetherby, PRINCESS NIYLA had little go right when filling the same spot in a C&D handicap on Saturday, unable to open up fully prior to being badly hampered last ½f. She's well worth another chance to confirm this mark is within reach. Casilli showed the benefit of her reappearance when placed over shorter here 2 weeks ago and she's another to bear in mind. Mighty Quiet and Mystical Maria also command respect.
- Princess Niyla11/4
- Casilli10/3
- Mighty Quiet10/1
