Showed fairly useful form when completing hat-trick over hurdles in a Grade 2 at Sandown (19.7f, soft) in February 2024. However, has been largely disappointing over hurdles/fences since, including on testing ground over this sort of trip last time. Bit to prove on return following wind surgery.

6-time hurdle winner (all on sharp tracks, including here) since joining this yard. Bounced back to form back down in class in first-time headgear when landing a 6-runner handicap hurdle at Huntingdon (19.6f). Now off career-high mark but should be in the mix again if staying this longer trip.
Stayer who is thriving, winning back-to-back handicaps this spring prior to advancing her form when second to another in-form sort at Newton Abbot. Regained the winning thread with a career best at Hereford (25.5f) 15 days ago, had plenty in hand. Remains of interest.
Lightly raced mare who won a novice hurdle and was competitive at Listed level for previous connections. Well below that form in two starts for current connections, the latest following wind surgery. Improvement needed stepping back up in trip.
Achieved fair form when hitting the frame in a couple of 3m handicaps this year but disappointed back over fences at Downpatrick earlier this month. Reverts to hurdling and should be competitive if bouncing back with cheekpieces refitted.
Improved to land a weak Carlisle novice (19.3f, soft) in February, staying on to lead in somewhat of a slow-motion finish. However, step up in trip on handicap debut could unlock further improvement.
Veteran placed in two handicaps at this course on soft/heavy last summer (handles better ground) but was well held at Ayr in February following 6 months off. Off for a further 3 months since and may still need the run.

Forecasts
Mermaids Cave (15/8), Musique De Fee (2/1), Springtime Promise (6/1), Vroomoz Eile (7/1), Shantou Sunset (11/1), Mellificent (16/1), Robyndeglory (16/1)
A winner of 3 of her last 4 starts, MUSIQUE DE FEE is thriving at present and may be able to defy the handicapper again. Course winner Mermaids Cave bounced back to form in headgear last time and could have more to offer if staying this longer trip, with the least exposed runner Vroomoz Eile not ruled out on handicap debut.
