Pedigree isn't overly exciting but he was prominent in the betting and displayed a nice turn of foot when landing 11-runner bumper at Newcastle. More to do under a penalty.

Siyouni gelding. Half-brother to 2 winners on Flat, including 1½m winner in France Amalfina. Dam 10.5f/11.5f winner on Flat in France. Tongue tie on and looked a good prospect when landing16-runner bumper at Ballinrobe a month ago. Irish raider is open to plenty of progress.
Half-brother to bumper winner Ontherouge. Dam, bumper winner, half-sister to bumper winner/useful hurdler (stayed 2¼m) Clever Cookie, out of fair 2½m hurdle winner Simply Mystic. Form family yard knows well and he made the perfect start in 5-runner bumper at Market Rasen in March.
Free Eagle gelding. Half-brother to 7f/1m winner abroad Kronangel. Dam 7f winner. Raced too freely to see it out on debut at Kempton in March.
Showed more than on debut when fifth of 13 at Kempton in March. Needs to improve again to trouble the principals.
£15,000 3-y-o, Shirocco gelding. Half-brother to Polish 2-y-o 6f winner Cyrano. Dam, unraced, closely related to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 2½m) Dinard Rose. Trainer’s newcomers command respect.
Dartmouth filly. Closely related to a winner, and half-sister to 3 winners, including fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Vintage Fizz. Cheekpieces on for debut.

Jules Winfield (15/8), So Proud (5/2), On To The Rouge (4/1), Kapitein Kool (9/2), Freddie Steady Go (11/1), Aristelle (66/1), Barachiel (80/1)
JULES WINFIELD created a very favourable impression when winning a big-field bumper at Ballinrobe a month ago and with the prospect of more to come, he'll be hard to beat. On ToThe Rouge is from a good family and looked a nice prospect in his own right when successful at Market Rasen, so he's the obvious threat, ahead of Freddie Steady Go.
