Green Dragon Hotel Hereford Handicap Hurdle

A fair Flat winner for Nick Littmoden who got off the mark in this sphere when making a winning start for Henrietta Knight in novice at Wincanton (15f) in March. Ran to a similar when second under a penalty at Taunton since but his opening handicap mark in this sphere demands improvement.

Capitalised on a falling mark in 10-runner Exeter handicap (17f, good, 10/1) in November. Respectable third of 9 at Huntingdon next time but a couple of lesser runs have followed. Bounce back needed.

Took advantage of a much-reduced mark at Newcastle (17f, good) in March and creditable third of 8 at Hexham later in the month, form which has been franked by the second winning since. Should give another good account.

Prolific on the Flat and over hurdles on Jersey last summer. Returned from a winter break to win on the Flat at Bath last month and another good effort when second over hurdles at Taunton since. Should go well again.
