Did well at Cartmel last term and had been given some stiff tasks when last seen in the winter. Won the Norfolk National Handicap on this card 3 years ago and he's respected under a new rider.

First win since 2022 Coral Gold Cup when taking advantage of reduced mark in Warwick veterans' event in February. Not so good since, producing a rare error-strewn round before folding in stronger race at Haydock recently. Remains on a tempting mark.
|
Really got the hang of this game last summer, completing hat-trick in Newton Abbot novice. Good effort after 5 months off in veterans' handicap (Le Milos fourth) at Haydock recently and one to consider back up in trip.
|
Resumed winning ways in the Borders National at Kelso in December but followed that with 2 poor efforts. Having first crack at veterans' company down in trip now.
|
Won 5 out of 6 starts in a 2-year period up to March 2023 but lightly raced since, offering little after another 14 months off in 21f Newton Abbot handicap chase recently.

Forecasts
Le Milos (9/4), Glynn (5/2), Equus Dancer (5/2), Tommie Beau (9/2), Bretney (18/1)
GLYNN wasn't disgraced in a stronger race at Haydock back from 5 months off recently and could be the way to go back up in trip. 2022 Norfolk National winner Tommie Beau is highly respected with his sights lowered, while Le Milos is another with a touch of class and is on a tempting mark.
