Doubled her tally over fences when winning a Market Rasen handicap in July 2023. However, she hasn't gone on from that effort since and it's easy enough to look elsewhere, for all that she has slipped to an undeniably attractive mark.
Dual winner in the spring of 2024 for Robbie Llewellyn and got the done at the fifth attempt for present yard at Fontwell (25.8f, good to soft) last month. 4 lb rise could be enough to find her out in this more competitive race, though.
Promise on first of 2 outings in bumpers and made a successful hurdling debut in Huntingdon mares' novice (good) in November. Best effort since when third of 7 sent handicapping in first-time cheekpieces over the same C&D last month and she promises to be suited by this stiffer test.
Consistent type who deservedly doubled her tally when seeing off 8 rivals in decisive fashion at Ludlow (23.8f, soft) in November. Followed that with a creditable third of 10 at Doncaster a few weeks later and she shouldn't be far away if fully tuned-up for this.
Both hurdles wins gained at Wetherby, the latest in 6-runner handicap in November. Solid third at Carlisle on next 2 starts but she has failed to fire since and needs to get back on track on this return from a 3-month break.
Back-to-back winner at around 2½m here last March and she returned to form with solid efforts in defeat at Huntingdon and back here last month. Yet to fully convince over this far but she's on a good mark and will be a danger to all if seeing it out this time.
Much improved as she got off the mark at sixth attempt in a first-time hood when winning 11-runner handicap at Uttoxeter (2½m, soft) in December. Lost no caste in defeat when finding just one too good at Exeter (18.5f, good to soft) since and her pedigree augurs well with regard to this new trip.
Dual hurdles winner for Rose Dobbin and opened account for this yard at the fifth attempt when seeing off 6 rivals at Wetherby (3m, good) last time. This looks more demanding up 5 lb but she's a strong candidate all the same.

Forecasts
Jacksbar (15/8), Aazza (4/1), Cluain Aodha (9/2), Our Pink Lady (5/1), Pipers Cross (11/2), Faerie Cutlass (7/1), Ebselysees (16/1), Perculator (18/1), Herewegohoney (22/1)
Though her stamina for this trip is unproven, JACKSBAR has taken steps forward the last twice and her pedigree offers plenty of hope that she will in fact improve now faced with a stiffer test. Aazza is just about second choice ahead of Cluain Aodha, while Faerie Cutlass and Our Pink Lady (if she stays) are also likely to be in the mix.
