A 2m dual winner last summer prior to a quieter period but has shaped a bit better on last two runs, running respectably back at 2m when fourth of 6 in a Sedgefield handicap last month. Back up in trip and not ruled out dropping into a 0-100.

A fair winner at 12f on Flat but yet to match that level in this sphere, outpaced over 2m when runner-up at Kempton last time (again well-backed). Could be worth another chance fitted with blinkers over this longer trip.

Posted his best effort to date when second of 16 in handicap hurdle at Warwick (19f, good to soft) in January but has disappointed in two runs subsequently, latest when upped in trip at Taunton (3m). Drops markedly in distance with cheekpieces fitted. Others have a more convincing profile.

Still looking for first success and despite showing promise earlier in the season, was again below his best when Pulled up in handicap hurdle at Huntingdon (15.8f, good to soft, 11/1) 53 days ago. May bounce back upped in trip following a break.

Runner-up in a Southwell bumper on debut in June 2023 and showed promise on her final qualifying run over hurdles at Chepstow (2m) in January, travelling better than most before failing to see out her race. Interesting making handicap debut over a longer trip.

In top hands but failed to find any improvement for switch to handicaps. One note in the betting with title-chasing yard among the winners.

Has been inconsistent this season but bounced back to form when runner-up at Southwell (20.4f) last month, arguably unlucky not to have won with the winner having got first run. Up 3 lb for that but has won off higher marks than this. Capable if on a going day.

Arrives on the back of two poor runs, latest when ninth of 14 in handicap hurdle at Taunton (16.5f, good) 20 days ago. Easy enough to look elsewhere.

Hinted at a revival at Huntingdon a couple of starts back but hasn't build on that, faring no better in first-time blinkers at Stratford (22f) 16 days ago. Now tried in a visor and isn't one to rely on.

Poor maiden who hasn't found any improvement for the switch to handicap company, disappointing when fifth of 9 in handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter (19.9f, soft) last summer. Has a bit to find on his reappearance.

Forecasts

Graham (3/1), Highway One O Five (11/2), Rock On Tommy (11/2), Allbetsoff (15/2), Mokoro (17/2), Moor End (9/1), Prince Rhinegold (10/1), Granny Hawkins (11/1), Square Du Roule (12/1), Ray's The One (18/1), Blue Universe (20/1)

Verdict

ROCK ON TOMMY found his form again when runner-up at Southwell last month. He's still on a fair mark and can provide title-chasing Sean Bowen with another winner. Granny Hawkins looks interesting on handicap debut for the Alan King yard having travelled well for a long way at Chepstow last time, while Graham (well-backed last twice) cannot be ruled out if first-time blinkers have the desired effect.
