Already a 3-time winner over further here this season. Not disgraced in a better race than this here when last seen in December so not taken lightly back down in trip (can go well fresh).
Irish point winner at sixth attempt (finished alone). Modest maiden hurdler after 9 attempts and doesn't make obvious appeal switched to chasing.
A three-time winner last season, including over fences at Lingfield. However, failed to complete last 2 starts, shaping as though his confidence for chasing was shot when pulled up over C&D in May. Has since left Olly Murphy and pulled up all 4 starts in points (latest Mar 2).
Appearances have been sporadic and his mileage is very low for a horse of his age. Proved that ability remains intact following 21 months off when third of 15 at Musselburgh but not in same form following month. Back over fences now (good second on chase bow at Perth almost 2 years ago).
Maiden hurdler who made a bold bid to land a touch when collared close home at Hexham on return. Well held at Carlisle next time but in process of building on encouraging chase debut when stumbling badly at the last at Kelso when still holding every chance. Could be the answer back down in class.
Back to winning ways in 19f handicap hurdle at Carlisle in December but just respectable efforts at best since, including back over fences.
Hasn't fired this winter but has often saved his best for the spring and took a step back in the right direction at Musselburgh last month. Claims if taking to chasing at first attempt.
Improved on his chase debut when 6 lengths second over 2m at Newcastle. Looked sure to be involved before fading back up in trip here next time so needs considering back down in distance.
Offered little in a bumper/over hurdles before making a winning chase bow over C&D last season. Inconsistent since, however, and others more solid.

Forecasts
Famous Liss (9/4), Kidman (5/1), Scots Poet (11/2), Diamond Mix (7/1), Heritier (15/2), Fostered Phil (17/2), Heeztheboy (17/2), Backbyjet (12/1), Foxey (50/1)
KIDMAN was in the process of shaping encouragingly for the second time in as many starts over fences when his chance was ended in rather unfortunate circumstances at Kelso last month and can make amends back down in class. Diamond Mix is worth another chance back down in trip so is next best ahead of course-specialist Backbyjet.
