Recorded back-to-back handicap chase wins for Gordon Elliott last season and took a step back in right direction for current yard when third at Kelso (26.2f) in December. Mixed form since, running a lesser race at Hexham last time, but he lurks on a dangerous mark.
Belatedly off the mark over C&D in November and has continued in good heart kept to this course since, rallying to lead again close home when doubling his tally here (good to soft) 2 weeks ago. Respected in his current form.
Finished closer than previously over hurdles when fourth of 10 in handicap at Wincanton in December and, after 3 months off, bettered that form at the first attempt over fences when second of 5 in handicap at Doncaster (26f, good) 20 days ago. Key contender.
Long time without a win but ran better than for a while when third of 6 at this C&D in September. Not in the same form since, though, making first start since leaving Hugh Burns (cheekpieces applied) when seventh of 12 at Hexham (24.2f, good to soft) 3 weeks ago.
Took advantage of reduced mark when scoring at Catterick (19.2f) last February. However, he hasn't made much impact this season, never dangerous when fifth of 6 at Newcastle (23.4f, good) 19 days ago. Cheekpieces back on.
Remains a maiden over fences and has been struggling for form, failing to complete on 3 of his last 4 starts. Given another try at this longer distance but he looks to be up against it.

Forecasts
Ann D'arabie (15/8), Old Page (9/4), C'Est Quelqu'un (11/2), Muroor (11/2), Onenightintown (9/1), Scottsdale (20/1)
ANN D'ARABIE is bred to make a chaser and stepped up on her hurdling efforts switched to this sphere when runner-up at Doncaster 20 days ago, beaten only by a fellow improver. With more to offer over fences she is taken to go one better, with Old Page feared most as he bids for a third C&D success of the season.
