Course winner who comes here on the back of a respectable fifth of 11 in handicap hurdle at Warwick (25f, good to soft) 49 days ago. In the mix.

Took a step forward on just his second handicap start when runner-up in 13-runner handicap hurdle at Chepstow (23.6f, soft) 16 days ago. Up 2 lb but he's not taken lightly with few miles still on the clock.
|
Scored at Ludlow and Taunton in December and not discredited off an 8 lb high mark when fourth of 6 in handicap hurdle at Taunton (23.9f, good to soft) 70 days ago. Needs considering after a break.
|
Won sole start in Irish points and built on earlier promise on his handicap bow when a running-on fourth of 6 at Market Rasen (2m4f) 20 days ago. Can do better still now up to 3m. Interesting.
|
Scored at Perth in September and has continued in good form, third of 6 in handicap hurdle at Fakenham (23f) 24 days ago. Firmly in the picture.

Forecasts
Despereaux (5/2), Limerick Leader (5/2), Warranty (10/3), Rickety Bridge (4/1), La Dolce Dolly (7/1)
None of these can be ruled out but LA DOLCE DOLLY took a step forward on her first go in handicaps when fourth at Market Rasen and can now add to her pointing success with her stamina unlocked more. Paul Nicholls' lightly-raced Chepsttow runner-up Rickety Bridge is feared most, although Limerick Leader, Desperaux and Warranty all command plenty of respect too in an intriguing contest.
