Bumper winner on debut has progressed for the move into handicaps, proved she stays this trip when second of 10 in handicap hurdle at Huntingdon (25f, soft) 28 days ago. 6-y-o doesn't have many miles on the clock, and she is one of the more likely winners in this contest.

Dual winner in the spring of 2024 for Robbie Llewellyn and despite not getting her head in front since, she has matched that form for current connections. Shaped as if still in good form when third at Chepstow (23.6f) last month and she's one to be interested in stepping back up in distance.

Well held in bumper on debut and just modest form in qualifying runs over hurdles. Longer trip needs to bring about improvement, but she's one to note in the betting on handicap debut.

Won a notably weak race on handicap debut at Leicester (20.5f, heavy) in December but has struggled in subsequent starts. Handicapper has given her a chance though and her reduced mark and a step up in trip may bring about a return to form.

Finished last term with success at Taunton and carried that form into this season, only finding one too good in her first couple of starts, shaping as though she would improve for staying distances. Forgiven latest run (pulled up, found to be in season) and better expected in first-time cheekpieces.

Behind both starts in point bumpers and it has been a similar story under Rules, well-beaten in a bumper and qualifying runs. Needs to improve for this longer trip and step into handicap company.

Made the frame all 4 completed starts in handicaps in 2023 and showed enough after 19-month absence to suggest she retains that ability when fourth of 9 at Hereford (21.7f), not given a hard time once chance had gone. Yard has two runners in this and worth noting how the market rates her chances.

This could prove tactical, with no obvious pace on paper. Having proved she stays this far when second at Huntingdon last month, MISS GOLDFIRE may be ridden more aggressively and she is marginally preferred to Pipers Cross who also arrives in good heart but equally wouldn't want this to be a crawl, with stamina her strong suit. Tuscan Rose is forgiven her latest below-par effort and remains of interest now tackling this longer trip in first-time cheekpieces.
