Winning Irish pointer who opened hurdles account at the third attempt in maiden at Ffos Las (20f) in May. After 7 months off, took his form up another notch when making successful handicap/chase debut at Taunton (23f, good) in December and he's a leading contender.

Won a pair of handicap chases around 3m last winter and reappeared from 8 months off with an encouraging second at Chepstow (19.5f) in November. Ran poorly when pulled up at Exeter a month later but no surprise to see him bounce back following 2 months off.

Runner-up twice over hurdles for Chris Gordon last term and went one better on seasonal/stable debut in a Huntingdon maiden (25f, soft). Pulled up sent chasing at Ffos Las (21.5f, heavy) in December, but it's too early to be writing off this former point winner.

Left his hurdle form well behind switched to fences, winning a pair of 2½m handicaps here in 2022. However, seemingly not easy to train and he offered little after 2 years on the sidelines when pulled up at Fakenham 55 days ago. This should reveal more with cheekpieces now reached for.

Steadily got the hang of things over fences last season, making his final start a winning one from a 3 lb lower mark over C&D 12 months ago. Best effort since when runner-up back here in December but pulled up at Exeter 33 days ago. Undergone wind surgery since.

Steadily progressive 8-y-o who added to his tally back at 2½m here over Christmas and enhanced his already impressive strike over fences when following up over C&D 16 days ago, leading between last 2 and driven clear. Possibilities in hat-trick bid up 5 lb.

Off the mark over fences at fourth attempt when taking 5-runner Market Rasen handicap (23.9f) in summer 2023. Not yet built on his belated reappearance run in 2 subsequent outings, blinkered first time when pulled up at aforementioned venue in December. Visor now the headgear of choice.

DE TELLERS FORTUNE showed improved form when making a winning return/chase debut at Taunton 46 days ago, seeing of a next-time-out winner in the process. He's one to be interested in for his powerful stable and is expected to make another bold bid from this 6 lb higher mark. C&D Pedley Wood is compiling a very solid record over fences and he's feared. Enjoy Your Life is another with a shout if bouncing back from a lesser run late last year.
