Maiden. Shaped better than the bare result after 10 months off (had a second breathing operation) when sixth at Kempton (3m) in November, but failed to build on that back down in trip at Plumpton (20.5f, soft) since. Returns to 3m now.

Tailed off in maiden/novice hurdles at the end of 2024 but plenty from the stable do take off in handicaps and a point win suggests she has some ability. Cheekpieces go on. Check the betting.

If STAR VANTAGE doesn't find this coming too soon after Southwell on Monday he's the one to beat. It's possible the step up in trip will see David Pipe's Skin Full in a better light. Similar comments apply to handicap newcomer Farmer Jimmy and he's also on the shortlist along with another unexposed one in Deep Strato.
