Opened hurdles account at Market Rasen in March 2023 and although he hasn't won since, he took a big step in the right direction when good second of 8 in handicap hurdle (22/1) at Huntingdon (20.7f, heavy) 48 days ago, travelled well, only beaten by thriving rival. Looks to have a good chance here.

Showed ability over hurdles last season but hard to gauge what she achieved on her comeback run this season, finishing distant second at Leicester (15.5f, heavy) 51 days ago, wore first-time tongue-tie following wind operation. Step up in trip should help but others look more solid.

Winner of a French claiming hurdle in February of 2023 but was more miss than hit for Laura Morgan and offered little for new yard when pulled up earlier this month following a breathing operation. Others preferred.

Creditable third of 14 in handicap hurdle at Wexford (24f, good to soft, 9/2) 169 days ago. First run for excellent yard after leaving Eoin Doyle. and it would be no surprise to see this lightly-raced type get his head in front sooner rather than later.

Has offered something to work on in a pair of Hereford novice hurdles and is best judged on that form rather than his most recent effort at Chepstow. Has been given a considerate enough introduction under Rules and could easily improve now up in trip on handicap debut.

Won a novice handicap hurdle at Ffos las in February but appeared to be regressing before resurgence last time, excellent second of 12 in a handicap hurdle at this C&D (heavy) 36 days ago, travelled well and only bettered by gambled on rival. Every chance he can go on better here for in-form yard.

Lightly-raced maiden. 150/1, seventh of 9 in a novice hurdle at Fontwell (17.7f, soft) 30 days ago. Looks more of a long-term project for trainer who doesn't rush his horses, and she'd only be of interest if attracting support in the betting now stepped up in trip on handicap debut.

Ghasham looks a big danger having only been thwarted by a thriving rival when second at Huntingdon last month. Handicap-debutant Wild Nephin and stable-debutante Tropical Speed are worthy of an honourable mention.
