Point winner who was clearly all the better for her reappearance effort when running out a convincing winner of 7-runner handicap chase at Lingfield (2m) 4 weeks ago, the drop in trip clearly suiting. Respected from 8 lb higher mark.

French bumper winner who was well placed when opening his account in maiden hurdle here (15.9f) in Spring 2023. Easy to back after 20 months off, offered little making debut in this sphere when pulled up at Lingfield (2m) last month and this should reveal more.

Became disappointing over hurdles but dispelled chase debut blip returning from 6 months off when winning 8-runner handicap chase at Lingfield (2m) in November. However, couldn't replicate that when well held sixth of 7 in handicap back there 4 weeks ago.

Improved for switch to chasing winning handicaps at Ffos Las/here in autumn 2023. Lightly raced since but proved better than ever after 10 months off when landing 10-runner handicap chase at Warwick (16.2f) 2 weeks ago. Possibilities up 6 lb.

Got off the mark at Wincanton in November and backed it up with a good second of 5 in handicap chase at Taunton (18.2f, good) 33 days ago. Remains low mileage in this sphere so rates a player. Visor replaces cheekpieces.

Got back on track reverted to hurdling when landing 8-runner handicap at Cartmel (17.2f, soft) in August. Yet to score over fences but ran one of her better races in this sphere when third of 5 in handicap at Taunton (18.2f) 33 days ago. Not out of things.

Veteran C&D winner who attracted support and ran one of his better races when second of 6 in handicap chase at this course (19.8f, good to soft) 29 days ago. Respected with a repeat but consistency isn't his strong suit.

Still winless over fences but did at least run best race of present campaign when third behind re-opposing Bobbi's Beauty at Lingfield (2m) 4 weeks ago. Still, suspicion this veteran will find a couple too strong.

BOBBI'S BEAUTY showed much improved form dropped back to a bare 2 miles when doubling her chase tally at Lingfield 4 weeks ago, impressing with how she travelled and ultimately winning comfortably. Remaining low mileage in this sphere, she's fancied to make a bold bid to follow up. Warwick-scorer Ideallko and My Mate Polly are others to consider.
