In winning form in the spring and having just been edged out on return from a break, he duly resumed winning ways in 10-runner handicap at Exeter (18.5f, heavy) 36 days ago. Can go well again.

Has been brought along steadily, seventh of 11 in novice hurdle at Newbury (16.3f, good to soft) in March. Returns for his handicap debut tackling a new trip and should have more to offer for yard who are flying following a quiet spell.

Not disgraced after 2 years off on his yard debut when fourth of 10 at Kelso (22.7f, soft) and ran to a similar level when second of 8 in a handicap hurdle at Fakenham (20f, soft, 14/1) 10 days ago, shaping if he'd stay further. Place claims.

Below form when fifth of 13 in a handicap hurdle at Windsor (20f, good to soft, 33/1) 27 days ago. Yard going much better now though, and his last win came over C&D.

10-race maiden but showed more on penultimate start (blinkered) when fourth at Wexford in August (24f), ridden more positively. Not in same form next time (final run for Paul Nolan) and headgear off for stable debut but looks an interesting contender, especially if the market speaks in his favour.

Remains winless but much better on second start for this yard, finishing fourth of 13 in a handicap hurdle at Taunton (16.5f, good, 9/1) 30 days ago. Up in trip and he's likely to enjoy this greater test of stamina. Player.

Well held in 3 novice hurdles. Handicap debut saw him finish fourth of 10 over C&D (heavy) 52 days ago, seeming not to get home. Needs to step up on that effort but he has been given a break since and his stable is now in excellent form.

HEART OF ROME had some decent form in Ireland, notably when ridden positively, and similar tactics here could see him score on debut for Rebecca Curtis. There could be a couple of improvers lurking in this field, namely Dangerous Touch and The Blueberry One who both represent powerful yards and are unexposed tackling this trip for the first-time on handicap debut. The ultra-consistent Our Dylan deserves an honourable mention.
