Point/bumper winner who capitalised on falling mark when registering a third career success over hurdles at Hereford in October. Not in same form since, including on Chepstow chase debut on penultimate start. Needs first-time cheekpieces to help spark a revival.

Twice a winner over hurdles, including a handicap at Bangor (17f) last spring. May have needed run when fourth on chase debut at Warwick 6 months later and is entitled to improve.

Fairly useful Flat winner in France who won a Wetherby juvenile hurdle last winter. Switched to fences this season, shaping well when second in 2m handicaps at Wincanton and Hereford in recent months. Looks capable of even better and leading claims.

Point winner. Placed in bumper/hurdles last season and made a promising start to her chase career when third of 8 at Hereford (2m, soft) on reappearance just before Christmas. Should be more to come.

Much improved with a pair of handicap hurdle wins in spring 2023. Even better form back from a long absence when second of 12 at Stratford in October and has racing too keenly as an excuse for a below-par fifth at Hereford (19.5f) in November. Now switches to fences over a shorter trip.

TORNEO has shaped well when runner-up in similar contests the last twice and is narrowly preferred to Largy Force, who made a promising start to her chase career at Hereford but may not really come into her own over fences until faced with stiffer tests of stamina than this. Harry Derham's Any Biscuits should also have a part to play if taking to fences at the first time of asking.
