Irish point/bumper winner who got back on track when making a successful hurdling debut over C&D in October. However, ran to only a similar level in first-time cheekpieces at Ffos Las since and looks vulnerable for win purposes once again.

Bought for £92,000 after easily getting off the mark in Irish points at the second attempt in April and looked a useful prospect when following up on his Doncaster hurdling debut (20.8f) in November. Sure to do better and taken to defy a penalty up in trip.

Reached the frame in 2 bumpers and made a successful hurdle debut in a 2¾m Stratford maiden (heavy) in October. Ran to a similar level in defeat in a much stronger race at Newbury since and should be suited by this step up to 3m.

Won her sole start in point bumpers in 2020 and shaped with a bit of encouragement making a belated hurdling/Rules debut at this course (20.4f) 16 days ago. This will reveal a bit more.

Forecasts

Moon Rocket (2/5), Silver Thorn (7/2), Holokea (8/1), Socialiser (12/1), Just A Memory (66/1), Superior Glance (100/1)

Verdict

MOON ROCKET looked a useful prospect in making a successful hurdling debut at Doncaster in November, and with better to come, is a straightforward choice to defy a penalty at the first time of asking over this longer trip. Silver Thorn looks the obvious threat.
