Opened hurdles account here last winter and, having found the company too hot in a Grade 3 Sandown handicap next time, he duly got back on track with a gutsy victory at Southwell (20.4f, good) in April. Should build on Newbury reappearance/chase debut third and he's one to consider off 2 lb lower.

The vote goes to the lightly-raced GETAWAY DRUMLEE, who made a positive start over fences when third at Huntingdon. That form looks solid (the winner was going well when unseating rider next time and the runner-up has since gone one better) and it also augurs well that he was a hurdles winner on his sole previous visit to this course. Koenigsstern should pick up a race in this sphere before long and is next best ahead of Good Friday Fairy and likely improvers High Treason and Tactical Affair.
