Half-brother to a couple of winning hurdlers and won by a wide margin on the second of his 2 runs between the flags. Positive start to Rules career when second at Market Rasen 3 weeks ago but bare form is ordinary.

€8,000 3-y-o, £50,000 4-y-o, Berkshire gelding. Dam bumper winner (stayed 23f). Won Irish point in March and ran to a high figure for one beaten in a bumper when second at Chepstow a month ago. One to take seriously switched to hurdling.

Bought for €105,000 after going down by a nose on hurdling debut in France and promising third in Aintree listed event on first run for new yard in December. No show in a Grade 2 at Cheltenham but back on track when runner-up at Newbury in March. Disappointing on return but he's in the right hands.

€35,000 3-y-o, fifth foal, half-brother to 2 winners, including fairly useful hurdler Sea Invasion (21f winner, by Sea Moon): dam 9f-1¾m winner.

Hooded and positives to draw from his bumper/maiden hurdle runs this autumn but he could be one for further down the line.
