Sheriff's Shindig Mares' Handicap Chase

Point winner who was well suited by emphasis on stamina when making a successful hurdle debut over 2¾m at Stratford last term. Couldn't really build on that, though not disgraced in face of a stiff task on chase bow at Worcester on return.

Fair form in winning her first 2 starts over hurdles last season and took advantage of a weak race to open her account over fences in a 5-runner novice at Warwick (2½m heavy) in March. Wasn't disgraced at Uttoxeter next time but offered little at Bangor on return.

Dual 2m4f hurdles winner but yet to add to that over fences and made mistakes as usual when well held at Lingfield last time. Others are preferred.

Fair winning hurdler in Ireland and left previous form for this yard well behind with a brace of handicap chase wins at Huntingdon/Lingfield. Struggled since, however.

Yet to score in 11 starts over fences but probably should have won when beaten only a nose at Ffos Las a year ago. Back to that level when runner-up at Fakenham on return but needs to back that up now.

Placed all 3 starts in Irish points (£60,000 purchase) and made it third time lucky in this sphere when landing a mares' maiden at Hereford (21.7f, soft) in January. Came close to making a winning chase bow at Ludlow on return and entitled to build on that.

Dual 2m4f hurdle winner at Market Rasen early this summer. Good placed efforts last 2 starts and makes chasing debut in ordinary race.

Belatedly opened her account in determined style at Hereford in May and followed up there on return last month, making all. Definite player.
