Won sole start in Irish points in December and looked a decent prospect when winning 6-runner bumper at Ayr in February. Must be respected now hurdling.
Fairly useful bumper winner. Had a wind op before making a promising start in this sphere when third of 12 in novice hurdle (13/8) at Chepstow on return. Shaped similarly at Ffos Las 2 weeks ago and remains capable of better.
Shaped much better than he had in bumpers for Thomas Gallagher after 7 months off when third of 11 in novice hurdle at this C&D (good to soft) on hurdles bow 23 days ago but another step forward is required.
Runner-up on second of 2 starts in points (May 6). Shaped as if needing the run when tenth of 14 in novice hurdle at Bangor (16.7f, heavy) on NH debut 26 days ago.
€34,000 3-y-o, £25,000 5-y-o, Doyen gelding. Half-brother to poor hurdler Emily Wade. Dam unraced half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (21f winner) Basford Bob. Off mark in Irish points at third attempt (May 25). Market should reveal expectations.
Improved on hurdling debut when second in juvenile at Auteuil in 2023 and shaped well on his British debut after 16 months off when second at Stratford last month, unlucky not to finish up with the winner at the very least (closing when badly hampered entering final 100 yds). Big shout.
Made frame both starts in Irish points and better for hurdling debut when fifth at Chepstow last month. More needed again.

Forecasts
Derryhassen Paddy (2/1), Farland (9/4), Lud'or (9/2), Roaring Conquest (6/1), Icare Colombe (13/2), Outer Banks (20/1), Tarbuck (25/1), Maxiboy Dagrostis (150/1)
French-recruit LUD'OR was unlucky not to push the winner very close on his British debut at Stratford last month and is fancied to go one better. Derryhassen Paddy looked a good prospect when winning a bumper at Ayr last season and may emerge as the biggest threat ahead of Farland.
