Useful stayer at his best on the Flat and positive start over hurdles when runner-up at Aintree (2½m, good to soft) last month. Probably doesn't have much scope for improvement but he should nevertheless pick up a race in this sphere soon enough.

Left his debut effort on all-weather last autumn well behind when running out a comfortable winner of a 9-runner bumper at Market Rasen (16.6f, good to firm) in July. Safely held at Ludlow since and improvement needed now switched to hurdles.
|
Appealing pedigree and made a winning debut in a Killarney bumper in May, which was his sole outing for Sean Doyle. Promising start over hurdles for new connections when a close second in a Ludlow novice (15.8f, good to soft) and should make a bold bid to go one better here.
|
Second in an Irish point earlier this year and stepped up on Rules debut fourth in a Perth bumper when winning one handsomely at Hexham (16.2f, soft) on return last month. More on his plate now switched to hurdles but he should have a future in this sphere.
|
Fairly useful on the Flat in France in 2023 and, having changed hands for €50,000 last month, she made an encouraging start over hurdles when second in a 16.7f mares' maiden at Exeter. Open to improvement for top yard and she is greatly respected.

Forecasts
Emiyn (2/1), Kalium (9/4), Lost Frequencies (7/2), Soleil D'arizona (9/2), I'd Go Maniac (12/1)
KALIUM chased home an above-average rival on his hurdles debut at Ludlow and, with the promise of better to come from this 4-y-o, he looks the way to go. That said, French import Soleil d'Arizona also found just one too good starting out in this sphere at Exeter and she will offer stern resistance if, as expected, she is able to build on that. Emiyn arguably lacks the scope of the aforementioned duo but his hurdles debut was very encouraging, too, and he should make his presence felt.
