Half Past Tipsy^h²²⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-7| J: Keith Donoghue| T: G P Cromwell| BF

8/1

£200,000 4-y-o, Muhtathir mare. Successful on second of 2 starts in points but proved to be a disappointment when fifth of 9 in bumper at Down Royal (16.9f, soft, 4/6) on NH debut in March, racing freely. Hood worn then retained and she's certainly not one to be giving up on.

Form: 4/15-

Just Merry^t¹⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-7| J: R Deegan| T: Leonard Flynn

250/1

Mahler mare. Dam unraced sister to modest hurdler (2m winner) Be My Witness. 66/1 and tongue strap on, fell first on debut in a course maiden here (16.6f) 19 days ago. This should reveal more but she's likely best watched.

Form: F

Light Her Up^t²⁰

Age: 6| Weight: 11-7| J: Jack Kearney⁽⁵⁾| T: H P Finegan

100/1

Lightly-raced maiden under NH rules. Eighth of 12 in novice hurdle at Fairyhouse (16f, good, 28/1) on hurdles bow 20 days ago.

Form: U-3408

Mollys Kingdom¹⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-7| J: Danny Mullins| T: J P Ryan

33/1

Modest hurdler. 33/1, last of 5 in novice hurdle at Cork (24.2f, good) 14 days ago, first beaten in face of stiff task. Handicaps will prove more her bag.

Form: 8-37025

Mozzies Sister^t²³

Age: 5| Weight: 11-7| J: Shane Fitzgerald| T: D Queally| BF| D

1/3

Point winner who quickly reached a useful level in bumpers, doubling her tally at Down Royal (16.9f) in August prior to a good second in mares' listed event at Gowran (2m) 23 days ago. Good prospect now her attentions switch to timber.

Form: B/112-12

Snugsborough Jc²¹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-7| J: Dillon Maxwell⁽⁷⁾| T: J P Broderick

250/1

Thrice-raced maiden. 80/1, probably needed the run after well over 2 years off when seventh of 8 in novice hurdle at Killarney (17f, soft) 21 days ago. This ought to reveal more but her overall record is anything but inspiring.

Form: 0R/7

Whimsy²²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-7| J: J P O'Sullivan| T: A McCann| OR: 113

4/1

Fairly useful hurdler (placed on 5 of her 6 starts). Enjoyed a productive summer on the Flat, successful at Carlisle (14f) in June and far from disgraced after 4 months off when fourth of 15 in handicap at the Curragh (12f) 22 days ago. Well up to making her mark back in this sphere.

Forecasts

Mozzies Sister (1/3), Whimsy (4/1), Half Past Tipsy (8/1), Fillusin (11/1), Mollys Kingdom (33/1), Light Her Up (100/1), Snugsborough Jc (250/1), Just Merry (250/1)

A lightly-raced winner in points, MOZZIES SISTER quickly reached a useful level when landing 2 of her 4 starts in bumpers and, appealing as a good prospect now hurdling, she earns the vote to make an immediate impact. Likeable mare Whimsy boasts fairly useful form already in this sphere and is feared with a recent run on the Flat under her belt. Half Past Tipsy is another to keep an eye on.
