Promise at Market Rasen in the spring, second on debut before going one better 6 weeks later. Will need an improved performance to defy a penalty in this stronger race, though.

Ran out an easy winner of a heavy-ground bumper at Limerick on his Rules debut in January. Open to improvement and likely to have a big say for an Irish yard with a strong Cheltenham record.

Made a winning debut for Paul Collins at Uttoxeter in July. Bettered that form under a penalty when going down by only a neck at Sedgefield for Adrian Keatley last month. Tongue tie added. Not discounted.

THE DANCING TREE created a good impression in a Limerick bumper at the start of the year and is taken to defy a penalty on his return to action. Kim Bailey won this race last season and his new recruit Seatoit rates an obvious danger. Fortune de Mer and Jager Time, whose stable has a good record in this, showed promise in points and would also enter the reckoning should the betting vibes be strong.
