Three-time hurdle winner for Michael Scudamore and much better effort for Lucinda Russell when second of 5 at Newcastle when last seen in December. Has since change yards again and goes chasing for the first time.
Point winner and dual scorer over hurdles in 2022/23. Should make a chaser but has an absence (19 months) to defy.
Wincanton maiden hurdles winner (2m) in February. Faster ground possibly the issue when run of form came to an end at Bangor when last seen in June. Makes chase debut.
Fair hurdles winner who made a decent start for this yard when second at Hereford in April. Disappointed following month but back on track sent chasing when second over C&D on return 12 days ago, his jumping looking assured in the main. Player.
Showed fairly useful form when runner-up on the last 3 of his 4 starts in 2021/22 for J. Boisnard. Didn't offer a great deal on debut for this stable at Doncaster in December, though, and was brought down early doors at Chepstow on chase bow when last seen in April.
Fairly useful winner on the Flat in France and won a weak juvenile hurdle at Wetherby in January. Found only one too good on handicap debut at Fontwell following month. Well held at Bangor next time and off since. Has benefit of 4-y-o allowance on chase debut (yard has done well with similar types).
Made a successful return over fences at Southwell (2m) in June and backed it up with a good third at Worcester. Jumping issues quickly resurfaced at Bangor next time, however, and has since had a respectable spin over hurdles.

Forecasts
Tedley (15/8), Cabhfuilfungi (3/1), Torneo (4/1), Lebowski (9/1), Inedit De Mee (10/1), Neigh Botha (11/1), Quick Sharpener (14/1)
TORNEO isn't a chasing type on looks but he has the benefit of a 4-y-o allowance and is from a yard that has done well with similar types in recent years. Cabhfuilfungi was a bit flattered by his proximity to the winner but still shaped pretty well sent chasing over this C&D on return 12 days ago and rates the main threat in what looks a difficult race to call.
