In first-time cheekpieces, successful on handicap debut at Exeter (23.1f, good) in April, before possibly finding the race coming too soon on his next outing. Unseated at the third at Stratford on his latest run in July, so he could still have more to offer.

Irish point winner who has shown some promise in his first 3 starts over hurdles, third in maiden at Ludlow (23.8f, heavy) when last seen in February. Off 7 months but he appeals as the type to better now sent handicapping.

Bumper winner who proved she retains her ability after 16 months off when third in maiden at Worcester (23f, good) in September. Well held at the same course next time (20f, soft), but she's not written off as she makes only her second handicap start.

Finally off the mark at Fontwell (25.8f) in May and, after a couple of lesser efforts, bounced back to form when narrowly doubling his tally at Worcester (23f, good) last month. Capable of getting involved if he's on a going day.

Fair staying handicapper on the Flat who fell at the last back over hurdles in maiden at Plumpton (20.5f, good to soft) 25 days ago, plugging on in third but held at the time. Merits consideration upped in trip back in a handicap.

Took a step forward when making a winning handicap debut at Ludlow (21.2f, good) in April, before shaping as if needing a stiffer test under firmer conditions when fourth at the same C&D the following month. Major player as she goes up in trip.

Off the mark at Huntingdon (19.6f) in May (awarded the race having suffered interference) and continued in good heart upped to 23f on next 2 starts. However, pulled up following mistake at the third at Fontwell last time, so bounce back now called for.

After 4 months off and in first-time visor, left previous form behind sent handicapping when successful at Stratford in May. Well positioned when resuming winning ways at Southwell (24.3f, good to firm) 2 weeks ago, but he can give another good account.

Made the frame in a Uttoxeter maiden (19.9f) but that remains a standout effort, pulled up on handicap debut at Taunton in March. Jumped none too fluently at Fontwell on his return, so he has work to do with hood back on/tongue strap added.

Remains with little form in bumpers/over hurdles, faring no better in first-time hood when well beaten in handicap at Newton Abbot (16.8f, good to soft) 88 days ago. Looks to be up against it over this markedly longer distance.

Remains a maiden after 34 starts overall and she never really threatened when fifth of 12 in handicap hurdle at Fontwell (21.8f, good to firm) on her latest outing in August. Faces a tough ask from out of the weights.

Forecasts

The Bold Thady (7/2), No More No (7/2), Kick Up A Storm (11/2), Caher Roes Den (13/2), Micronormous (7/1), Musique De Fee (9/1), Joker De Thaix (10/1), Hugueneau (16/1), Cherry Cola (18/1), Joyful Kit (50/1), Demelza Carne (200/1)

Verdict

MUSIQUE DE FEE has shown improved form sent handicapping on her last 2 starts, getting off the mark at Ludlow in April before shaping as if a step up in trip would suit last time, so she is taken to resume winning ways having a first try at 3m. Cherry Cola could also benefit from this longer distance and is feared most, ahead of Caher Roes Den.
