Sherborne^t¹⁹⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 12-0| J: Freddie Gingell⁽³⁾| T: J Tizzard| OR: 105

6/1

Won twice over hurdles and confirmed the promise of previous starts in this sphere when striking at Wincanton (2½m, heavy) in December. Ended the season in form and can feature if tuned up for this return after 6 months off.

Another Folly¹⁹⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-13| J: David Noonan| T: Mrs J Williams| OR: 104

18/1

Runner-up both starts in points. Fair form on second hurdle start but struggled otherwise, including on handicap bow latest. Makes chase debut after 6 months off.

Form: 22/66P3-

Begin The Luck³³

Age: 8| Weight: 11-11| J: Robbie David⁽⁷⁾| T: Daisy Hitchins| OR: 102| BF| C

5/1

Course winner who arrives on the back of a creditable showing at Stratford last month. Others look better treated but he's likely to give his running again.

Form: 229353

Ileny Royale^h²⁶⁰

Age: 6| Weight: 11-8| J: Alan Johns| T: Tim Vaughan| OR: 99

50/1

Placed twice from 4 starts in minor events for Gabriel Leenders in France. Offered little over hurdles for this yard and has a bit to prove returning from 8 months off.

Form: 736/47P-

Fakir^t,v1³²

Age: 9| Weight: 11-4| J: Stan Sheppard| T: T Lacey| OR: 95

14/1

Mixed bag since landing a 3-runner handicap chase at Fontwell over a year ago. Left Anthony Charlton before shaping like the run was needed at Fontwell a month ago. Should be spot on now and on a handy mark, so looks a player in a first-time visor.

Form: 4P/253-4

Harrys Hope⁷^{(ex 7)}

Age: 6| Weight: 10-13| J: Ben Jones| T: B Pauling| OR: 83

11/10

Irish point winner who left hurdling efforts behind with a most impressive winning chase debut at Southwell a week ago. Obvious claims of following up under a penalty.

Form: 04P34-1

Royal Juniper^t¹⁶

Age: 8| Weight: 10-11| J: Paul O'Brien| T: Mrs H R J Nelmes| OR: 88

40/1

Followed positive start to chasing with a tame effort at Fontwell, so needs to bounce back from that if he's to have any chance of competing.

Form: P050-27

Stiletto^p³⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 10-10| J: Thomas Bellamy| T: Kieran Burke| OR: 87

8/1

Modest maiden hurdler who probably needed the run at Worcester last month. Hard to be sure that he'll take to chasing, however.

Form: 243-467

Goaheadwiththeplan²⁹

Age: 9| Weight: 10-10| J: G Sheehan| T: Mrs D O'Neill| OR: 87

14/1

Just looks modest now and, while he ran respectably at Worcester a month ago, he didn't look the most straightforward, so others are more appealing.

Form: 21/P034

Maska Du Morvan^t¹¹⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 10-4| J: Charlie Hammond| T: Joe Ponting| OR: 81

80/1

First run since leaving Mary E Doyle, 25/1 and tongue strap on for 1st time, pulled up in handicap chase at Uttoxeter (24f, good to soft) on debut over fences 117 days ago. Has a bit to prove.

Forecasts

Harrys Hope (11/10), Begin The Luck (5/1), Sherborne (6/1), Stiletto (8/1), Goaheadwiththeplan (14/1), Fakir (14/1), Another Folly (18/1), Kadex (25/1), Royal Juniper (40/1), Ileny Royale (50/1), Maska Du Morvan (80/1)

HARRYS HOPE took superbly well to chasing when running out an emphatic winner at Southwell a week ago and, if the race doesn't come too soon, she's firmly expected to defy a penalty. Fakir is a danger on his second outing for a shrewd yard and Sherborne should be involved if fit enough to do himself justice on reappearance.
