Left his debut effort on all-weather last autumn well behind when running out a comfortable winner of a 9-runner bumper at Market Rasen (16.6f) in July. Has to concede weight all round but got to be respected.

Jack Hobbs gelding. Dam, lightly raced in bumpers, half-sister to useful hurdler/top-class chaser (Cheltenham Gold Cup winner) Coneygree. Successful on second of 2 starts in point bumpers (Jan 2024) and the betting should prove a useful guide here.
£25,000 3-y-o, Court Cave gelding. Bred to stay well and he offered plenty to work on when second of 13 in bumper (10/1) at Huntingdon (15.8f, good) on debut back in April. Tongue strap fitted for return and he's of interest here.
€8,000 3-y-o, £24,000 5-y-o, Laverock gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including fair hurdler/chaser Blaze A Trail and modest 2½m chase winner Blazing Court. Successful on second of 2 starts in Irish points (May 6). Yard no stranger to success in this sphere.
Telescope gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners on Flat, including 5.5f/6f winner Ambitious Boy. Dam unraced. Yard 0-10 with their runners in this discipline in last 5 seasons.
Blue Bresil filly. Dam triple bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler (19f winner, stayed 3m). Showed a bit amidst inexperience when sixth of 10 in bumper (18/1) at Uttoxeter (15.8f, heavy) on NH debut back in April. Needs to take a step forward starting out for new yard.
£75,000 4-y-o, Walk In The Park filly. Closely related to modest 2¾m hurdle winner Famous Function, and half-sister to 2 winners, including fair hurdler/chaser Shirocco's Dream. Successful sole start in Irish points (May 12) and she appeals as a likely type to make her mark in this sphere.

Forecasts
Court In A Storm (15/8), I'd Go Maniac (5/2), Lady Kluck (7/2), Fort St Angelo (11/2), Another Pearl (16/1), Batsman (22/1), Oldwood Lad (80/1)
Those with previous form set a fair standard and it could pay to side with point-scorer LADY KLUCK. She appeals as a likely type on paper for a yard boasting a healthy strike rate with their runners in this sphere so far this term and could be the way to go. Court In A Storm and Market Rasen winner I'd Go Maniac are others on the shortlist.
