JEWEL MAKER returned to form when striking at Pontefract last month and subsequently lost no caste in defeat when a clear second to an upwardly-mobile 3-y-o at the same course nine days later. He makes plenty of appeal off the same mark here. Hostelry has largely acquitted herself well since a winning reappearance at Thirsk in April and she looks set to play a part in the finish, along with Alazwar, who shaped as though he could be coming back to the boil at Brighton last time.
