Verdict

CITY DERBY has looked strong at the finish in winning over 2¾m here the last twice, which augurs well ahead of this step back up in trip and he is taken to complete the hat-trick. Boomslang, who was a close second to the selection at the end of May prior to going one better in a maiden, is feared most given his scope for further progress, while Starlyte has to enter calculations and Saint Bibiana will also merit respect if she takes her chance.
