€110,000 Mehmas colt. Half-brother to several winners, including useful 6f winners Abama and Aasser. 5/1, well held in valuable Carlisle novice on debut, went prominent halfway but left behind. Wasn't unbacked that day but the form isn't great.

Has looked green in a couple of 5f events in quick succession this month. Looks to be being brought along gradually and needs another run for a handicap mark.

Expensive Breeze-Up buy who improved from debut when third in 6f maiden at Doncaster (good to soft) last week, staying on. Not yet the finished article but drop back to this bare 5f isn't likely to be in his favour.

Foaled April 28. €10,000 yearling, 42,000 gns 2-y-o, Arizona colt. Dam unraced. Newmarket raider for yard that does well here and can ready one. The betting could be informative.

Has shown plenty in 5f/5.5f contests, tanking along at Wetherby last time. Hood goes on and has races in him.

Half-brother to 2-y-o 6f winner Royal Zabeel. 11/1, very green but showed up a bit better than the distance beaten over C&D 7 weeks ago. That experience won't be lost on him and he's capable of better.

Foaled March 16. €8,000 foal, £18,000 yearling, £58,000 2-y-o. Half-brother to 6f winner Soller Bay (by Iffraaj). Yard can ready one (had a first-time-out winner here last month) and the betting might be revealing.

Modest form at best in 2 races, folding tamely at Bath latest. Lots more needed.

Always behind on debut at Thirsk (5f, heavy) in April. Unseated rider and withdrawn start there 18 May.

Well held in 6f maidens at Redcar and Nottingham. Hard to fancy.
