Turned in her best effort of the season when runner-up in a 10-runner event at Doncaster (5.6f, good to soft) 9 days ago. Remains below her last winning mark and merits plenty of respect again.
Resumed from five months off with a career best in landing 13-runner handicap at this C&D (good) in June but looked a real handful when only third in a similar contest here 16 days ago. Player if proving more tractable this time, though.
Settled better than previously and showed improved form to get off the mark in a 12-runner handicap at Beverley (5f, good) 14 days ago. Should go well again from 7 lb higher mark.
Won at Redcar on her final outing in 2023 but missed the next 12 months and went backwards from her reappearance when seventh of 8 in handicap at this C&D (good) 16 days ago. Others preferred.
Showed improved form in first-time cheekpieces to get off the mark in a 5-runner maiden at Brighton (5.3f, good) 81 days ago. Since sold from John Ryan for 15,000 gns in May and isn't ruled out from raised mark.
Has made an encouraging start to her career in finishing runner-up on all 3 outings, taking another step forward when beaten only a head in 12-runner Doncaster maiden (6f, good to firm) 21 days ago. Respected handicap newcomer.
Won at Newcastle in February and arrives here after a pair of respectable efforts, most recently when third third of 7 in handicap at Chepstow (5.1f, good) 8 days ago. Can give a good account without posing serious threat to principals.
Off 20 months after making her debut for Edward Bethell in September 2022 but has stepped forward both outings this season, most recently when fourth of 6 in novice (10/1) at Pontefract (5f, good to soft) 57 days ago. Opening mark likely demands another step forward.
Won this race from out of the handicap last season and made an encouraging return when fourth over C&D back in April. Proved very easy to back and found nothing off the bridle earlier in the month though, so has bit to prove after such a disconcerting effort,
Doubled her tally for the season at Nottingham in May and produced another sound effort when third at Ffos Las 10 days ago. Should give her running but others make more appeal for win purposes.

Secret Mistral (16/5), Balmoral Lady (10/3), Persian Blue (9/2), Sparkling Red (5/1), Sugar Hill Babe (11/1), Oneforsue (12/1), Pendlebury Lane (12/1), Soldiers Design (25/1), Loco Lobo (25/1), Smooth Silesie (28/1)
PERSIAN BLUE has stepped forward with each start on turf this season and can find further progress to follow up her Beverley success. Sparkling Red looked back in form at Doncaster last week and has to be respected from a reduced mark, whilst Secret Mistral should also be in the mix if settling better this time.
