Confirmed previous encouragement when winning with something to spare at Roscommon and he's barely run a bad race in handicaps, so he's worth a chance to follow up on British debut.
Back to best when scoring at Uttoxeter in June but he's a tricky customer and he failed to back that up at the same course last time. Others are more appealing.
Three-time winner over hurdles who initially upped his game switched to fences, second in beginners' event at Warwick in May. Back on track at Worcester last time, so not discounted returned to the smaller obstacles.
Took well to hurdling in 2022/23. Only second run over fences when fell second last (yet to be asked for effort) on penultimate outing and again failed to complete back over timber when last seen in March.
Fairly useful chaser who was as good as ever when scoring here last month. Hasn't had much racing over hurdles but definite player if he can prove to be as effective in this sphere.
Long time since last win but made an encouraging start for a new yard (formerly with John Mackie) after 6 months off when second of 7 in handicap over C&D in May. Latest effort here probably best excused, so not a forlorn hope.
Won a handicap hurdle for Noel Meade last May but yet to make an impact for current yard. Shaped like a non-stayer at Stratford last time, so this drop in trip is in his favour.
Returned to hurdling with an encouraging showing when third at Uttoxeter last time, travelling strongly for a long way. Makes plenty of appeal down in trip away from the mud.
Won a Leopardstown handicap (20f) for Gordon Elliott last season but yet to fire for current yard, albeit there was a bit more encouragement at Catterick last time. Sliding in the weights.
Landed back-to-back handicap hurdles at Worcester/Warwick last summer without looking entirely straightforward. Solid efforts the last twice and is likely to be on the premises again.
Fairly useful handicapper on Flat for Andrew Balding, stays 2m. Effectively outclassed rivals on a brace of 18.7f novice events at Stratford and wasn't disgraced starting out in handicaps last time. Mark demands more, though.
Back on the up when scoring at Kelso in April and displayed a willing attitude for latest success there in June. Shaped as if still in form next time and can't be fully dismissed.

WEST AWAY was pretty impressive at Roscommon last time and he's probably got even more improvement in him, so he gets the nod over in-form pair Imperial Data and Wonderwall.
