Belatedly off the mark with a career-best effort in 9-runner handicap hurdle at Newton Abbot (18.5f, soft, 9/2) 21 days ago, finding extra. Respected in the follow-up bid.
Showed plenty when placed in a pair of bumpers and stepped up on previous hurdling form when fifth in a handicap at Uttoxeter last time. Still unexposed in this sphere and not without hope.
Struggled in this sphere last season but he's potentially thrown in as a consequence and he was successful on the Flat at Chelmsford 48 days ago, so he's not one to rule out.
Reached the frame 3 times in maiden/novice hurdles before improving to make a winning handicap debut here in September. Not in same form next time and may need this return.
Landed a gamble at Ludlow (21.2f) at Ludlow in May and shaped as if still well handicapped when third of 6 at Southwell next time, not finding as much as seemed likely in testing conditions. Looks capable of getting back on the up returned to a sounder surface.
Fair hurdler/chaser for Jane Williams. Long absence before tame return over C&D and arrives with something to prove.
3-3 in Britain for Brian Barr last summer over shorter (including here) but hasn't fired in the same way since joining this stable.
Poor ex-Irish hurdler/chaser who was only fourth in a novice at Stratford on debut for current yard a month ago. Tongue tied now but hard to know what he's capable of.
Dual winner in 2022. Missed 18 months and well held both completed starts at Newcastle this year. Unseated last time at Fakenham and others make more appeal.
Dual hurdle winner last season, latterly at Fontwell (19f, heavy) in March. Back on track when third at Hereford last time and can't be discounted.
Course winner. 16/1, respectable fourth of 12 in handicap hurdle at Fontwell (17.7f, good) 34 days ago. Should be suited by this step up in trip, so he's one to consider.

Jaxonne (4/1), Only Fools (9/2), Hillsin (6/1), No Way Pedro (6/1), Emanate (13/2), Dasher (17/2), Hedera Park (10/1), Voodoo Doll (12/1), Socialist Agenda (14/1), Carnet De Stage (16/1), Into The Sunset (16/1), Helios Allen (40/1)
JAXONNE was impressive when opening his account on his penultimate start and he's likely to get back on the up away from very testing ground, so he takes preference over Hillsin, who belatedly opened his account at Newton Abbot 3 weeks ago. Socialist Agenda is another player having won on the Flat last month.
