Had a consistent spell in the first half of last season, winning at Kelso and also runner-up twice over C&D. Not at best in a couple of big-field hurdles but it was the very competitive Swinton last time and he can make more of an impact back in calmer waters.

Fairly useful performer on Flat who landed a C&D juvenile hurdle in February 2023. 0-5 in handicap hurdles since but his latest 5 lengths fourth over 20.5f here was creditable and he's been eased another 2 lb.

310,000 gns point recruit who has clicked over hurdles with wins in C&D maiden and novice events last month. Another bold bid likely now switching to handicap company.

Fair maiden hurdler for Amy Murphy during 2019/20 season but pulled up on his recent return from a monster 4-year absence.

Won bumper and maiden hurdle on first 2 starts but has drawn a blank since. Creditable 13 lengths second in 17f Sedgefield handicap (heavy) but followed that with a poor run at Huntingdon.
